How Returns Work

To start a return, contact us at contact@shuziglobal.com within 30 days of
delivery to receive a return authorization (RMA).

Once your return is authorized, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping
label at no cost to you.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is
received. We typically process refunds within [1-3] business
days of receiving your return; however, the time it takes for the refund
to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or bank, and may
take additional time beyond our processing.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping is free on all orders, including Hawaii and Alaska.

International Shipping
International orders are handled on a custom basis — please contact us
before placing an international order to confirm shipping.
